Brand Authorization

This Brand Authorization Policy (the "Policy") governs the authorization and use of the DMBJ brand, trademarks, logos, and related intellectual property (collectively referred to as the "DMBJ Brand") by authorized parties.which is protected by international trademark and intellectual property laws. By seeking or accepting authorization to use the DISKO Brand, you (the "Authorized Party") agree to comply with all terms and conditions set forth in this Policy. 1. Authorization Eligibility To be eligible for DISKO Brand authorization, the Applicant must meet the following criteria: - Be a legally registered business entity or individual with valid business licenses and relevant qualifications for selling yoga apparel or related products. - Have a good business reputation, no history of illegal operations, counterfeiting, or infringement of intellectual property rights. - Demonstrate the ability to maintain the high-quality standards and brand image of DISKO, and agree to strictly follow our brand guidelines. - Complete the official authorization application process and obtain written approval from DMBJ.
